Loop/PSC Digital Tester PeakTech 2715 Loop/PSC Digital Tester takes two measurements: "LOOP" and "PSC". The "LOOP" function measures the impedance of the circuit between the phase and the earth conductors. If there is a RCD in the circuit, the "LOOP" function can trip it.
