Shipping Terms
All shipments are handled by trusted couriers and are insured against loss and damage incurred during transport.
Estimated delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days within Europe and 6-10 working days to the rest of the world. These times are purely indicative and may vary due to factors beyond RCE’s control. RCE is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance procedures, or local regulations in the destination country.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer or recipient must immediately verify the number and condition of the packages. If any package is missing, damaged, or appears tampered with, the goods must be accepted with reservation. In no case should the shipment be refused; the courier must be asked to note the reservation on the delivery receipt retained by the recipient.
Refusing delivery will only result in additional delays in the management of claims for shortages or transport-related damage.
Once the goods are accepted — with or without reservations — the buyer must open the packaging and verify the condition and proper functioning of the products as soon as possible.
RCE must be notified of any shortages or damages within three (3) days of receipt. The buyer must provide any additional information necessary to assess the issue, including photographic evidence of any visible damage where possible. RCE will then handle the claim with the courier.
In case of shortages, once verified that it is not simply a delayed package, RCE will ship the missing items at its own expense.
In case of damaged goods, depending on the nature of the damage, RCE will either:
-
ship replacements and collect the damaged items,
-
collect the damaged items for repair and return them,
-
or, where applicable, ship only the damaged parts that can be easily replaced by the buyer.
If the replacement or repair of items is not possible due to unavailability, RCE may agree with the buyer to provide similar goods or issue a refund.
Failure to notify RCE within the specified timeframe may prevent the courier from accepting the claim. In such cases, the buyer forfeits the right to request compensation.
RCE shall not be held liable under any circumstances for delays, shortages, or damages resulting from transport or customs procedures.
